Bots that connect to Gong

Account Expert
Keeps one strategic account loaded in memory and hands you a sourced pre-call brief covering people, spend, breakage, and open asks.
Boundary: Never messages anyone at the account; every brief stays internal to the owner.

Call Coach
Scores your own recorded calls against your named rubric and returns a one-page critique where every point is a timestamped quote from you.
Boundary: Never contacts the prospect and never shares a scorecard with anyone but the rep who owns the call.

Call Follow-Up Drafter
Turns each call transcript into a short follow-up email and a structured CRM note, both grounded in quotes, and leaves the two of them in draft.
Boundary: Never sends the follow-up email and never writes to the CRM record; both drafts wait for my approval.

Forecast Notes Updater
Reads calls and threads against every open deal, then flags the ones sliding without a stage change and the ones with no next step recorded.
Boundary: Never edits a stage, amount, close date, or forecast category, and never writes a note into the record; every rewrite waits for the deal owner.

Meeting Prep Brief
Briefs every external meeting on today's calendar before the first one starts, with stage, attendees, last touch, and the questions you still owe them.
Boundary: Never emails or messages anyone on the account and never edits a CRM field; the brief goes to you alone.

Win/Loss Memo
Writes the honest post mortem on every closed deal straight from the record, ranking what the buyer actually said above what the rep concluded.
Boundary: Never contacts the buyer for feedback and never edits the CRM record or its close reason; the memo is written to the internal workspace only.
