The forward check is the cheap one people leave out. A forwarded message looks like content when you read it and like an instruction when a parser reads it, which is the same confusion that makes email injection work. Treat forwarded text as data to summarise, never as a command to run.

The last row is the one that saves you. A bare "yes" arriving twenty minutes after a summary is ambiguous, and ambiguity in a chat interface resolves toward whatever the bot was last thinking about. Make the door restate the action before it treats a yes as approval.

Sunday evening, 19:40. You are not near a desk. You text the bound chat: "summarise yesterday and draft the Monday note".

The invite link row is the highest frequency failure in practice. Groups outlive the reason they were created, links get pasted into places nobody remembers, and membership drifts upward without anyone deciding it should.

Note what the router does not do: expand who can be messaged. Routing is not permission to act outside. If the answer to a messy ask involves telling more people something, that is still a send, and it still waits for you.
Retire the door by revoking the chat bind, not by hoping
Retirement is where people assume cleanup happens and it does not. Deleting a bot does not remove shared computer files or browser sessions, so deleting the door leaves the messaging session, the identity file, and the roster sitting on the machine for the next bot you create.
